Our journey into the disability sector began after a deliberate transition into community services, followed by years of hands-on experience working closely with individuals and families.
Through this experience, we have learned that meaningful support comes from listening, understanding personal goals, and creating environments where people feel respected and empowered to make their own choices.

Liberty WA was shaped by more than ten years of direct experience in the disability sector. Our leadership journey began after transitioning from another industry and pursuing studies in community services to better support people living with disability.
